What do all these teams have in common? They all hit stretches where they absolutely sucked after long periods of success. They also went and got great coaches and now they are teams who boast national championships after a down period or they are on the rise again (Texas) or they are in the middle of a second dynasty (Alabama).

They all went through it and came out better. Nebraska can (and in my opinion) will do the same.

The level of knee jerk, childish reaction is embarrassing by many of our fans.

For the record, none of the mentioned teams went 2 decades without a single Conference title other than Neb of course. Historically bad!!
