What is Jon's sword made of that allowed him to kill that White Walker? The other WW leaders have to be a little put back by the fact that one of there's got sliced in half with it.

Valyrian steel was forged using dragonfire before the civilization fell. The dragons are apparently the key to defeating the White Walkers (dragonglass and Valyrian steel). Brienne's sword is Valyrian steel, also (remember "The Hound" Clegane questioning her about that just before their fight?). Perhaps she will have a role in the White Walker fight, as well. Let's see . . . Tyrion the dwarf, a respected warrior in his own right and a solid battlefield strategist (remember Blackwater?) is now advising The Mother of Dragons. Wonder if he'll "pilot" a dragon against the White Walkers?
