I'm going to need more info. What's this guy's background? What's his current situation? Did Herro save his family from a burning building? Maybe he needed the sweat from an NBA player to complete the cure for cancer now he can save millions of lives?

I am not. You can find videos weekly of young people reacting this way. Give a child a puppy, and they start contorting their face and forcing themselves to cry as if that's an appropriate reaction. This guy should have been pumped and jumping around, instead he's forcing himself to cry to show how great the moment is.

I got puppy during Thanksgiving break while in Kindergarten. His name was Biff. I was super pumped. I didn't cry. Biff died in my arms my senior year of college. That made me cry.

My dad scored tickets to the 1998 Final Four. I was super pumped. I didn't cry. Many years later, my dad was extubated after a brief battle with pnuemonia, and he passed away in his hospital bed while I was holding his hand. That made me cry.

One time I asked a chick I thought was hot if she wanted to go out for some dinner. She actually said yes. I was pumped. I didn't cry. She dumped me two years later. That made me cry.

With all that said, my initial question stands.

Yeah maybe I’m missing something but I don’t understand the hate? He seems like a young kid and just go a bit over emotional at getting a really cool headband/ souvenir from his probable IDOL?

i mean I get it.. he’s crying and it may be a bit much but who cares? We really have a bunch of grown *** dudes on here arguing about the kids emotions lol. Kid is obviously a huge UK fan....

what am I missing? Gotta love this board.

While I agree that it seemed a bit over the top and was slightly annoying, (just being honest) who are you/we to judge his reaction? I judged it in my head and you judged it on here. No difference really, so I’m not trying to hate. We do not know his life/situation, so after my initial judgmental thoughts, I refrained from typing anything funny about the guy, as I almost did. I do get what you’re saying, though, and I’m also not sure what my point is. Maybe just preaching to myself. Carry on.
