There are 18 conference games.I think you might be optimistic at 5-13 and 7 wins would mean we're going to go 7-9 the rest of the conference schedule. No way. Until further notice, I'd still put the over/under at 3 1/2 wins.
And there's 16 games remaining, so his point holds. There are 18 conference games.
We already played 2. There are only 16 remaining conference games. As I said, we're not going 7-9 the rest of the way. There are 18 conference games.
This team beat a very good Seton Hall team and lost to two bad teams at home. It's almost impossible to predict right now, but it really depends on what version of the team shows up at home.
What's really troubling is that after the SH win I already penciled in Stony Brook and Hartford as wins (silly me) and had us winning at least 6 B1G wins giving us 18 wins on the season. Now that this team has totally _ucked up, and showed they're really not ready for prime time, I am at a loss. Maybe 5 wins is possible, but even so that only gives us 15 on the season and that's unacceptable. Right now I'm really disgusted with everyone associated with this team. You can't lose to those 2 schools. You just can't.The last two hurt. I have no idea how we find 7 wins to get us to 17 total. Tough task, and it hurts.
5-13. I hope I'm wrong, and in the positive direction.
I nailed the OOC record, so I'll stick with what I wrote in the preseason prediction thread (above). My prediction:
10-3 OOC
7-11 B1G
1-1 B1G tourney
We’re 10-5, or was that a typo?I nailed the OOC record, so I'll stick with what I wrote in the preseason prediction thread (above).
Doh I keep forgetting about those two B1G games. Scheduling throws me off.We are 10-3 OOC and 0-2 B1G.
Rutgers is not winning at Maryland.Md and NW having injury issues------Terps lose 2 guys for the year and McIntosh gimpy with a knee problem.
That may help.
