They just said that Ben Jordan's death may have been playing on their minds tonight. There is exactly 1 person in this game tonight that knew who he was before he passed away. That is Keion Brooks. Nobody else on this team ever met him that actually saw the floor tonight. They weren't effected by his death because they didn't know him. A guy on the roster last year that they didn't know.

Of course they did. Calipari is a master at using grievance to promote himself. I wouldn’t expect anything other than that from him and if he didn’t say it he will if he thinks about it

This is in poor taste IMO. Cal knew him. Barbee knew him. Justus knew him. The trainer and other staff knew him.

Brooks/Allen/Welch/Canada/Payne knew him. You have no idea who else did or didn't know him either.
