Xavier's been good for a long time. I'm sure there's some years where they weren't but they are Xavier.
They're pretty good except when they're down, then they're not as good.

This is not the first time Ohio State hasn’t looked good this season. They beat Akron by 1 and only led Niagara by 6 with a minute to go.
Xavier doesn’t not have a great team, they’re leading scorer player terribly, they shot 5/24 from three.
Limit Liddell and cover Ahrens from deep, and it’s an easy win for UK. If OSU beats us, that’s not a good sign at all. Mediocre team at best.

Liddell - 6'7, 240 lbs is averaging 21.0 PPG, 6.5 RPG, and 2.8 APG while Tshiebwe, 6'9, 260 lbs, is averaging 18.3 PPG, 18.3 RPG, and 1.3 APG.
Although, Calipari may have Oscar guard their other big frontcourt guy - Zed Key, whose 6'8 and 245 lbs.

X threw 2-3 guys at Liddell. He had 8 blocks. Normally 6-9 225 Zach Freemantle who is first team Big East would have guarded Liddell but he’s out until December with a foot issue. X got to the basket with dribble drives early and late. Holtmann zoned which slowed things down. X went 5-24 from the arc which is sad. Kunkel has not lived up to the 40-45% from the arc X fans expected when he transferred here. We’ll see if he can start making shots. X surprisingly out rebounded OSU as well. Buckeyes were missing a key post player too. Liddell is a load. He likes to clear the lane out and post up. Young out top is a 6-8 kid who can make shots. Not very athletic though.
U are right. They could look like s--t for every game but they will be lights out against us.
