I've never heard that and I've been here since 1989.

It’s a saying they use in the state. Not just for football but for all things. They use it in music too.

Hmmm? Choices, choices, I think I'll go with the guy who's lived there for over 3 decades. I'm going to go with, Day trying to get some self-manufactured motivation for his players by proclaiming it's Ohio vs the world, while everyone laughs at him knowing he's a tool.
