"We weren't tough enough", "there were some fouls that weren't called".

Man, what a whiner that OSU coach is. How about giving the other team credit?
Holtmann actually did give us some credit:

“I thought they were swarming the ball. They were really physical. The momentum of the crowd (helped) and honestly, I thought there were some fouls that weren’t called. At the end of the day, you have to be able to play through some physicality. ... You got to give Rutgers credit for closing, making the block on the breakaway layup there and being able to get some stops when they needed to, being able to finish and get to the line.”

Given the physicality of the game, it's understandable the losing side would be upset at the calls.

Holtmann also gave props to Caleb for his block on that breakout run.

The term for the OSU coach is appropriate “WHINER” …I don’t think Pikiell would utter those words at least not publicly. Should we expect anything different? Truth is simply none of these teams respect us and probably never will. We are the newbies, interlopers and are viewed as beneath them. Win and they will still whine but it will just prove what most easterners know …they ain’t to bright”.
