There will be lots to digest from this game. Iowa has a potent offense, they dictated the pace. We handled the pace well and hung in there, but just not enough.

Early second half is where it got away from us. Lots of issues contributed to that. Iowa had more intensity, Garza was a monster, and their guards are super quick. But yes, the whistle was a 180 degree change from the first half. It made the game choppy and that favored Iowa. They handled it better than we did.

Nothing to hang our heads about. Win the next 2 at home.

We were a step or 2 slow most of the game. We didn't win 50/50s. Yellow was diving on the floor more than red. Twice we didnt box out on the FT line and we werent a force on the offensive glasss.

Despite that we lost by 5.

I am worried about Saturday, I hope we have our legs.
