Stein has got us back to Stoops best level in year 1... love that. Our ceiling is whatever we want it to be now
Pot meet Kettle, And I am not a kid, I was watching UK football when you were still sucking in your mom's tit.LOL keep crying kid. You are pathetic. You would rather argue and cry about the defense instead of celebrating a win. About to be atop of the SEC standings and you’d rather focus on calling out UK fans for their OPINIONS. Miserable azz prick.
This’ll probably be his worst team at Kentucky and that’s insane. NIL will improve. Our players who stay will have added experience under Stein. Everything will get better. And we’re not like Vandy and their coach where they had a flash-in-the-pan guy like Pavia.Stein has done a helluva job coaching in games, but the roster is his single greatest achievement of the season. Astonishingly good. And you have to think the coming years will be better. Never did I imagine.
He set the tone immediately by going after a higher grade of players. He was basically telling the nation that things would be different.Stein has done a helluva job coaching in games, but the roster is his single greatest achievement of the season. Astonishingly good. A feeling most of us alive have never felt. We haven't had this since 1950Solo first place in the SEC in late October baby. How’s that feel?
LegendaryThat's going to be a game. Two Kentucky boys going at it.
that and the good noise around the program will go parabolic over the next 2 weeks. Beat Georgia and we win the SEC (assuming we win the other gamesThese next two weeks are about to be FUN. I’ve never been more excited for a BYE week in my life. An entire Saturday to kick back and watch games knowing we’re atop the SEC? Never thought I’d see the day…
More about no stupid injuries.Guess Stein left his balls back at his house.
I don't know who UGA plays next week but I'm sure we will be sharing 1st place againthat and the good noise around the program will go parabolic over the next 2 weeks. Beat Georgia and we win the SEC (assuming we win the other games)
I hope that’s the case but everyone said that about Popes first team as well and it was easily his best. I do think Stein is different just due to him being able to recruit though. This’ll probably be his worst team at Kentucky and that’s insane. NIL will improve. Whatever man. If that’s indeed true then I don’t understand not just being happy and excited. I’m going to celebrate this win with a bourbon (or five). I’m done arguing and life is too short for this sh*t.Pot meet Kettle, And I am not a kid, I was watching UK football when you were still sucking in your mom's tit.
Really no difference taking a few endzone shots vs running the ball like we were. The risk is there regardless unless you are taking a knee.More about no stupid injuries.
Yep. Now if only another coach could do that.Did you see Stein running off the field after the game. He definitely has the " fire in the belly". That's made me want to suit up myself and I haven't played since college 46 years ago. You go to war with guys like that.
Outscored them 34-7
Thank you good sirs! I’m glad my basement and phone watching led us to another tremendous Will Stein win. LFG boys! One game at a time until the playoffs hopefully!Great game and great game thread guys, really enjoyed it. Shout out to our MVP @*Fox2Monk*
When would Mark Stoops ever get 5 SEC wins this early ever!? Never! This team and coaching staff is incredible. This should have been a 42-17 win if not for the garbage officiating in the 2nd Half. 7-1 (5-1) and 1st Place in the SEC is unreal. Go UK !
He’s a tremendous leader and the team follows his heart and his fire. They believe and he is their general.Did you see Stein running off the field after the game. We started rolling second quarter on. Some egregious calls that would have made this about a 42-13 game.Could’ve really been even worse if the refs make even 1 of the 2 egregious defensive PI calls.
Considering how much the UK offense was rolling at that point, I would’ve been surprised if they didn’t score on those drives.
