[oldsports_]

Kentucky defense holds Vandy to 21 second half points

[TortElvisII]

Nice .

It would be nice to get healthy with all this experience for the freshmen.

[mrjuk]

We actually hit ALL our free throws

[HenryMuto]

Woah. Is Pat sick?

If you mean Patrick Young he is paralyzed from an accident

[Kywildcat_nation28]

wish we could get the Texas game back

[mdlUK.1]

I wish Brea had Amonor’s willingness to shoot. He gets an open look, he fires.

[LmdCat]

Good win. I hope the team learned that you have to take advantage of your advantage. In this case, our advantage is size. We spent too much time in the first half shooting 3s.

[TriCountyCAT]

Someone asked about Patrick Young, he was in a car accident and is paralyzed from the waist down.

[blubo]

win by 21 with only two offensive rebounds. wow

[BassProCat]

Amari has settled in and has been real consistent. Dude been stepping up !

[darkshadesofblue]

That was a fun second half, hope we can replicate that energy this weekend

[mash_24]

Wouldn’t have said this early in the year. Williams is looking like a guy you can ride for stretches of a game. Would be so nice to get a healthy roster in time for the tournament.

[TX Wildcat]

Won handily at home!
Got the “kids” plenty of playing time!
Saw Amari dominate!
Escaped w/o any new injuries!
Rested the injured!

That’s a good Wednesday evening!

[WeWant9]

Nice bounce back win. Williams has been solid.

[BlueWorldOrder74]

That’s a flagrant easily. Not a basketball move at all.

[DaDirtyLeb69]

It's really quite remarkable that Pope has milked seven SEC wins out of this injured team. He needs to get SEC coach of the year.

Period. The 2 wins they have got( could of been 3) is remarkable.

[LmdCat]

When Amari is locked in mentally, he makes up his lack of athleticism with his versatility. His passing is second to none. I think he is the best passing big man in the country.

[CondorCat]

Cool, a 1:53 hour game. Don't think there were any "Go to the monitor" reviews.

[acatnamedmyra]

Nice bounce back win. Williams has been solid.

Amari is very well spoken…sharp guy!! MVP tonight.

[BlueWorldOrder74]

If you mean Patrick Young he is paralyzed from an accident

No man. He talking about Pat Adams. Not even sure how you didn’t understand that?

[adam512003]

Well played game by our guys. Amari was flat out dominant. Needed a win like that.

[LmdCat]

We are back! Let the haters hate. Rolling once again. Season will turn after this game.

We need Butler back before I can feel your confidence.

[TortElvisII]

If you mean Patrick Young he is paralyzed from an accident

Pat Adams

[Blue_2_the_bone_rivals]

Good win. I hope the team learned that you have to take advantage of your advantage. In this case, our advantage is size. We spent too much time in the first half shooting 3s.

We only shot 3 less in the 2nd half. Difference was we made them. 33% in the 1st. 50% in the 2nd. Difference was defense and rebounding.

[Twindaddy2003+1]

Only 1 free throw in the 2nd half....wow

[HenryMuto]

Wow a 1 hour and 50 min game instead of 2 hours and 20 mins

We had no reviews while game was going on only review was goal tending during halftime

[LmdCat]

With the way Butler was cheering on the bench with both arms, his shoulder must be feeling much better.

[Kycatspaws]

Alright Cats!

[HenryMuto]

Those last couple 3s ruined our great 3 point % for the night still went 40% but was at 44%

[HenryMuto]

Did anyone else catch the error during the game they showed ? They showed Kentucky's resume and it said SOS of 22 instead of 2

[pauled#1]

A game that lasted less than 2 hrs

Pat Adams was off his game today!

[HenryMuto]

Hard to believe we only got 2 OFF rebounds all game

[Rideordiewildcat]

Our Achilles heal FT shooting not tonight, 13-13, Amari 5-5. Would be great to keep that going.

[KYFOSSIL]

You sit and educate, but yes he's been playing very well today. I've yet to see you post a positive thing today.

If you do that, you have people looking over their shoulder after any bad play and that’s not a good thing. He’s the fourth friggin option and doing great.

[bbnkat02]

If you mean Patrick Young he is paralyzed from an accident

No, I meant Adams not going to the monitor.

I hate to see that about Patrick Young.

[Cawood86_rivals]

We can text if you want. You seem rather obsessed.

Nope....on both accounts

[NociHTTP]

If you do that, you have people looking over their shoulder after any bad play and that’s not a good thing. He’s the fourth friggin option and doing great.

Conversely, people have been dogging him all season, being out of control was one of the criticisms. There's two sides to every perspective. No one said he isn't doing great.

[maysvilleky]

It was obvious UK had a different game plan in the second half. It’s nice to have Coaches that can make in game adjustments!

[chroix]

So glad to see they won. Work got in the way for me tonight big time. Felt like this wasn’t a must win but a need to win. Glad we got it done.
