I napped just before the game, and now I'll pay the price as I won't be asleep until late into the night. My night usually starts 7pm because I have to be up so early for work.

I hate when I do that. I feel asleep around 7 one night. Woke up at 1 am wide awake. Had to be at work at 8. Tried to go back to sleep for a bit. Couldn't. Made for a sucktastic long day.
