So, let's take a look at the PORTAL-OUT squad as we head into week 3 (or 4?)
We played a tough (1-1) Cyclone squad.
Their starting RDE is Caden Crawford, a Hawkeye for 3 seasons.

(2-0) Vanderbilt. Brian Allen, starting DE .
3 tackles/1 sack for 12yds
#23 Louisvile (1-1). Starting FS Koen Entringer. Leads the team in 12 tackles/1 PD
New Mexico State (1-2) Second leading rusher. T Washington Jr. 16/85/2 TDs 5.3/carry. 2 catches/45 yards.
Austin Peay (2-1) Kahlil Tate - 3 tackles
UAB (1-1) Kaleb Brown - 2 catches 20yds/1 rush for 24 yds

Now, what I am doing with this thread is keeping track of some things that I find interesting. Admittedly, we may not share the same interests, so I encourage you to let me know that you find none of the content herein interesting with a post stating such.
Now on to the fun.
Thank You So Much GIF

Meh, I prefer to look into current Hawkeyes.

Tough Post to read.

Entringer struggled in other areas of the game. He was burned a few times
Nestor didn't look good in the Minnesota game but none of them did to be fair.
Didn't even pay attention to Crawfordat isu but clearly had a good game.
Screw Brian Allen. That's the guy I was always hoping would be a stud.
Jaz ran in mop up duty.
I completely forgot Kaleb Brown existed. Total bust.

So you have zero interest in the topic, but clicked ... read ... and then editorialized (with suggestions) ... all while ignoring the pwnage you were walking into.
Hey, if you like wasting your time, that's on you.

Screw Brian Allen. That's the guy I was always hoping would be a stud. (he showed flashes, could use him)
Jaz ran in mop up duty. (I'll take him over Phillips)
I completely forgot Kaleb Brown existed. Total bust. (McNamara/Brown, admit it, it felt good to bring in kids from Blue Bloods rather than SW Eastern Guam Trade Union Community college, but yeah, busts) No mention of Dakin?
Freshmen, pay attention, this is how it's done.

Approaching the half-way point of the season, and as a result the federal government requires me to post the stats of the PORTAL-IN players.
(if the social crowd you run with refers to you as the Jame Gumb of the group, leave a laughing emoji)

I'm covering the guys who regularly see the field.

Hank - QBR - 61.9*
832yds passing - 5TDs - 1int
HECK - QBR - 47.3*
410yds passing - 4TDs - 1int
*Passer ratings are somewhat inverse of QBR. Math, it's racist.
Phillips Jr. - 63 rush yds - 3.5 avg
TONY DIAZ - 329yds - 1 TD - 4 rushes (36yds)
Evan James - 58yds - 2 fumbles - 12 PRs - 176yds - 1 TD
Bryce Hawthorn - 19 tackles - 2.5 sacks
Anthony Hawkins - 8 tackles - 1PD
Xavier Styles - 13 tackles - 3 PD

(per HR board rules all replies should have nothing to do with the thread topic or the individual content of posts within)
