Welcome to the Official Rutgers early Signing Day thread! We will be updating this thread nonstop as the letter of intents come in. Rutgers will most likely announce the players via Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc. and as they make those posts we will be adding them to this running thread along with a quote from a prominent writer or coach regarding the player (similar to last years format).
