James Franklin is being James Franklin. What an awful 4th down call. He got lucky here with int, BUT how many times do you do that at home up by 14 against a big underdog?

On the 4th down play...taht is something we've gotten all year and kicking into the wind in the 2nd Q the punt would have probably been 20 yards! I go for that all day, gotta trust the offense their and unfortunately got a bad spot.
PSU's D, and DeLuca, rescued PSU from a dumb decision to go for it on 4th & 1. Yes, the spot was questionable, but from the PSU 19, up 14-0, there was no reason to give SMU a chance to get back into the game, IMHO.
Allar’s play so far is not endangering his decision to not go to the league .
Allar is not just bad, he's making throws that even a high school QB would not miss... something is starting to smell funny with his performance today.

I disagree. But if you do go for it, then why go straight following the center? Dawkins is the OL that is most likely to get beaten on the OL. Hindsight is always 20-20, but I would have preferred either an Allar keeper behind Vega, or a handoff to a RB that ran wide
