In last night’s game, a ND player tackled an Indiana player out of bounds into the Indiana sideline, got up, straddled him and stood over him. Indiana player shoved the ND player who was standing over his teammate. Penalty called on the Indiana kid. I thought standing over the player was 15 yard unsportsmanlike? At least, that’s what we were told in O$U game.
