4th & 1: PSU is going for it from their 28 -- Grunk picks it up on a keeper but flag, and it's delay of game on PSU. Smith is irate on the sidelines, as the officials had held up PSU starting the play until Rutgers completed their subs, which caused the delay.
4th & 6: PSU to punt -- illegal motion PSU
4th & 11: short punt, but it rolls to the Rutgers 25 (I think)
