Rutgers does noting on O after the fumble recovery, so they'll have a 41-yard FG attempt, and it's wide right, so PSU takes over on downs.

Not really. PSU is having some issues on the left side of the OL today. However, beyond that, most of Rutgers success against PSU's runs has come from simply loading up the box and having more numbers than PSU does.
