Cal has to make lineup changes, Allen or another shooter. This game is not for Toppin or Brooks.
Did you not see Allen when he was in, he looked like a lost ball in high weeds. I agree Brooks is playing like crap but Toppin is playing good d and rebounding.

I can’t stress it enough. We have to run, run, run. We aren’t built to play half court. Cal can’t coach a half court team. And most importantly the defense is energized by it.

He did a great job Saturday. You extend a guy's role for a game, it's doable. This is a bit much to ask. It's also shown tonight why several guys are still in CBB. The worst thing about Saturday will hopefully be a rallying cry--falling behind and thinking you can just turn it on. They look putrid tonight offensively.

Mintz switching off Pinson was odd early in game and got LSU in a rhythm. Swtich back.

Bryce Hopkins/Dontaie Allen should only be in in garbage time at end of games. They provide 0

We are usually o n the same page , but making some judgment about Allen when he isn't in any game for 30 seconds is just unfair . He might be able to help , but you gotta give him a chance , a real chance .

How did you see that when Allen wasn't on the court more than a few seconds?

I haven’t watched LSU play this year…do they always set so many moving screens?

Also, do they normally play such a wrestling match? Even the announcers multiple times talked about how Oscar was impressively strong to catch the ball thru so much contact. They just seem to be pushing and holding big time when they are playing defense

We have been outcoached and outplayed the entire first half, you can't count on beating many teams without Wheeler and TY TY. How long does Wheeler need to get well, he kept playing after it was hurt the game before last. One of those need to play if we expect to beat any team left on the schedule.

Yep, for sure coaching. Definitely not lack of pg's and shots not falling.
Coach has a top 10 NBA draft pick on the bench he could put in the game. Unless the player gets to dictate what coach does? Maybe he’s not the coach, just some dude getting his marching orders from Sharpe.

LSU is not good. They are .500 in the league and just lost to S. Carolina on Saturday. I mean, I get it, we’re missing 2 starting guards but we should be able to put rock fight them. Will Wade just coached circles around Cal that half

Blow it out your *** fella, I call em like I see em. Blow me
You have only seen five losing games this year. So, I guess you do. Lol

also, in case you haven’t noticed, and why would you because you don’t show up to praise the team when we win, we have won 22 games.

Oh, well. Keep playing that sad horn of yours. Everyone knows your music.

Oscar has almost no help inside other than Toppin. Wares gone berserk, Brooks and Collins are weak. Need a couple more Oscars..

23 points…23 total freaking points in a half. I mean, that’s pathetic on an entirely different level.

Vandy scored 80 against LSU.
Thay have a great point guard. We are playing with no point guard. But those two situations are equivalent.

Everyone would’ve liked for Sharpe to have played this year.

Some of us have accepted it’s not happening and aren’t gonna complain about it every time we are down in a game.

No judgment either way just making an observation.

I've been pretty content with Cal this year. But yes, I think he's 100% being held hostage by Sharpe's handlers.

Honest question. Will Cal allow another simple pick and roll offense beat us again, or will he make some kind of adjustment at halftime.

Will Wade has abused Kion Brooks tonight, and Grady when Brooks is not in there.

I wonder what Cal could do to stop 2 players from beating you on mismatches off pick and roll?

Any ideas, anyone??
