***** OFFICIAL KENTUCKY VS TEXAS GAME THREAD *****

[ukfan041]

Pathetic final 3 minutes! Choked it away

[Basscat1987]

Just not a massive fan of this team lol, I've always been the type you have to kill me in sports to get me to quit or not give 100% effort, half our team just doesn't really give a ****.

Will be glad when the season is over, tired of looking at half these players lol.

Nope. Up and down. No heart. No hustle. Don’t care about winning at all. We have a coach that doesn’t know how to inspire players. Embarrassing

[darkshadesofblue]

I’ve never seen a team have soo many damn injuries

[*CatinIL*]

In bounds passing has been flushed...

[ArtLaibsGhost_rivals]

Omg we almost lost it again

[Pygmy Sasquatch]

Of all the games I've watched this year, this was one of them

[HenryMuto]

Koby givith (Tenn win) and Koby takith away (this loss)

[LmdCat]

This is when we really missed not having Butler. It was too much to expect to have a freshman who has just recently started seeing lots of playing time to be able to do what needed to be done on the road late in a tight game.

[Kingslayer07]

Arizona lost, we still a 3

They lost to a GOOD team. We didn't.

[hotelblue]

14-1 run to end the game for texas. how the **** do you go away from williams?

[LineSkiCat14]

Can't overstate just how bad this roster is without the 3 guards. It's a decent mid major at best right now.

[Big BlueBeard]

Is Perry afraid of the ball now? You’re the damn PG man go get the ball.

[SophiesDad]

Lol it’s Pope’s fault a 1st round draft pick is cooking Perry because he has to play him because he’s without his top 3 point guards.

[RoyKent]

14-1 run to end the game. Mother effing pathetic.

[cat tat2]

No excuse for this loss!

[HenryMuto]

Which is worse to lose like we do against Ole Miss and Georgia or to lose like we do tonight or at Vandy ?

[26MichaelUK]

This team sucks on defense and rebounding. Sorry, but that's on Pope. They won't make it past the 2nd round. If they get in.

We won't win a tournament game.

[ukfan117]

We are missing 2 players, did you get the memo?

Stop making excuses about 2 guys being out. It's ridiculous to lose to Texas.

[megablue]

Worst loss of the season. I don’t care who’s injured.

You are correct !!

[sefus12]

8 missed FTs
15 turnovers
4/22 from 3
gave up 14 OFF rebounds

And could have won

If you’re trying to be positive, I don’t agree. We show that we can easily lose to ANY team we play in the tourney, and that assumes we don’t completely sh*t the bed and lose out and miss the tourney.

[katwest]

Vandy will put it on us too, they can shoot the ball, unlike offensively challenged Texas.

[WCSPlayedWRInHS]

Man the highs of this season are making the lows hit really hard. I just don’t understand how we do what we do against top 15 teams but then this **** happens over and over against teams on paper we should have very little issue beating.

[BlueWorldOrder74]

This is one of the more embarrassing performances I can remember in quite a while. Really just a disgusting display of effort and fundamentals. I’m not happy with Mark tonight either. I can now see why BYU would win some big games but lose some head scratchers right after.

[wildcat2243]

We will go 1-6 in the rest of the season

[R.O.T.Muckinfush]

This ain't the same program it used to be

[TheWyldKat_rivals45219]

It’s okay. Catch us when we’re down (injured), because you won’t want to hit us when we’re up (healthy)!

I like your positivity, but Texas is horrible. No matter how banged up Kentucky is, they should not have lost this game.

Effort and urgency was the name of the game

[mhroe1984]

Texas won't win another game just watch...

[Lockhart5911]

Why do we play so different against ranked opponents

[true-blue1]

maybe we win the next one. It sucks to lose

[dnorman0301]

Texas wanted it more and that my friend is poor coaching no matter you’re down 2 of our

[richbrookstomato]

So NOW Perry makes a 3.

WHERE was that ALL game??!!!!!

[the dopester]

Too little. Too late. Rule of 71 is real.

[Digger-Cat]

Arizona lost, we still a 3

No, this is one we had in the bag. We aren't beating Vandy and Bama next week with the team we have right now. We had to have this one.

You need to look at the big picture.

[TriCountyCAT]

We might have won if Perry and Noah would have taken as many 3s at Oweh and Brea.

[rob_47]

Man confusing game for sure. We looked in control at times but then we screw around and let them get back in it.

[JohnnyGreen1975]

They lost to a GOOD team. We didn't.

Our great wins outweigh this loss. It is barely a blip. We are still a solid 2 seed.

[Lempface]

The Johnson sequence to make it a 1 point game is where Kentucky lost the game

Rebound their misses. The one where Johnson missed one finally and Amari is just waiting for the ball to come to him, c’mon man.

[Kingslayer07]

If we don't get either of the guys back we probably lose to Vandy again Wednesday night honestly.

[HenryMuto]

Please give us a Seton Hall like comeback to get it to OT

[Catfan in Tn.]

It’s okay. Catch us when we’re down (injured), because you won’t want to hit us when we’re up (healthy)!

When will that be?
