Ehh, this is a tough tough game. You're playing a top20 team on the road, 8 on 5. For Askew, a good game is just not making too many mistakes. And I think he's done a decent enough job. He's been just as much of a part of our great defense.

Look, it is a win and I am happy but I would love to see the Cats humiliate UT and laugh at them on their court after the last few years.

Anyone who says Askew has played bad today isn't paying attention or doesn't understand the game. He's played very good defense, has a 3-1 asst/to ratio, and has hit the open shot. I mean FFS what else is he supposed to do lmfao
Our kids seem to take the ball into the positions on the floor that the defense wants us to, therefore drawing an EASY double team. It happens FAR too often.
A Kentucky team that’s 7-13 coming in their house and winning comfortably by double digits counts as humiliating in my book

Askew is horrible about dribbling and throwing into traps. He has to get better at this.
They were shooting 3 for 22 FG at one point in the second half. I’ll say the FT shooting still looks good, but UK is a one half trick.
Newsflash to UK ball handlers, they are trapping you, that means you don’t stop, don't hold the ball and for God's sakes, dont pick up your dribble.
He has 4 assist and 1 turnover on the day. Allen sucks currently. Allen also doesn’t pass, dribble or play D.
I'm so glad Tennessee is going to spend all this energy on full court defense...

Not dribble into traffic, pick up his dribble in a double team, take bad angles to the basket, let his man blow by him with the ball. Are you paying attention?
Only way to lose this game right now is to get sped up and make mistakes. You make UT defend. Now if we take bad shots then sure it's bad to take the air out of the ball. If they control the clock and get to the line then they've executed well and will win the game.
Couple bad plays but we are about to beat TN at their place by 20 and we still complain.
Hey this is good no-consequence practice! Let them keep pressing so our guys can expand their game.
