My vote is for Kalen DeBoer when Alabama fires him. Should get him at a discount possibly with the buyout bama has to pay. Or Possibly Ryan Grubb once they clean house.

Any good up and comers or coaches with connections to Iowa?

I may be in the minority, but I wouldn't want to hire a guy who just got canned at his last job.
