I think scoring in that amount of time was unlikelyThat dropped kickoff killed any thought of going for points before halftime. We’ve been pretty good so far this year at avoiding those little mistakes that add up like that, but we haven’t quite seemed sharp tonight after the opening drive. Hoping for some good halftime adjustments.
It would be different if we were competitive, but we should feel lucky we are only down 3. They outplayed us in every facet of the game. Our defense is absolutely atrocious and the offense was pretty much worthless after the first drive. Not a whole lot to feel positive about right now.i hate the negative nancies that cry over a 3pt game at halftime on the road against a really good OU team. You all just ruin the game. Don't even know why you bother
Doesn’t feel like it. They got every play they needed 7-8-9 yards it felt like.Actually, we have stopped them about half the time, but a couple times it was close enough for them to get it on 4th.
3rd and Kentucky, a Kentucky tradition, regardless of who's the coach. There’s the old Kentucky. Ugh.
It’s NOT a really good OU team. By any stretch. That’s the point. They’re FIFTEENTH in the conference in 3rd down conv. We’re playing horrible defense.i hate the negative nancies that cry over a 3pt game at halftime on the road against a really good OU team. You all just ruin the game. Don't even know why you bother
Those plays were likely scripted. After coming out hot we look like we are scattering to figure things out. Our defense is on the field too much.We just scored on the opening drive in a defense that hadn’t allowed it all year.
The anti-Kentucky. I like it.
Had several games like this under the old regime. We’d go down the field. Score and be like “ok maybe we’ve got this?!” And then proceed to look like a dumpster fire. It's as if the team saw the #15 next to Kentucky and thought yeah we got this.
And ya realize we're 15th in the nation playing against the worst offenses in the SEC yet their O is just torching us.I’m pissed too but yall realize we were 6.5 point underdogs right?
Yea, our third down D was about as bad as it could ever be. Whatever the defensive game plan was to start this game but Stein better tell the DC to burn that plan and find something that f*cking works.Doesn’t feel like it. They got every play they needed 7-8-9 yards it felt like.
Bless you! We're only down by 3 so the damage you did was minimal. It’s been nice chatting but like always the Cats play bad when I watch and chat. I must log off for the Win. Catch you all after this W even though we don’t have a chance in this one.
Put the bottle down dude.Oklahoma’s been pounding the offensive glass. Would like to see Stein draw up some 3 point plays.
I know, I must get out while the getting is good.Bless you! We're only down by 3 so the damage you did was minimal.
Big win for Chumlee. From flipping J’s to flipping W’s for Tennessee football! Wow, what a story.
SC is always tough at home.Hillbillies could win every game but lsu rest of way and they get lsu at home.
At sc and at an and m on road could be landmine games though.
The Slingblade monologue might work too...Hopefully Stein is giving a Billy Bob Thorton-esque speech from Friday Night Lights
Hope w woke up. We’re playing sleepy. Oklahoma is a boring opponent tbf.
