So you want to keep him ? Sometimes you have to take a hit to better yourself , so in fact I am cheering for Tulsa , because I want them to be a good program, not this trash .

I root for us to win. Period. Our admin hasn’t done anything to indicate losing will cost a coach their job anyway

I want us to win too, but if our administration won’t do anything to make that happen, why should anyone care? I will always be a TU fan , but no casual fan is going to watch this garbage , same with basketball

Then do what you want and don’t watch. Lots of other people are doing the same and it’s a big part of why I want a different coach. But reality is reality. Performance is not what determines whether a coach is retained at Tulsa. So even based on your logic there’s no reason to root against us.

I’m not “ rooting against us “ but you don’t reward people who don’t do their job, and if the university is that stupid , then do they really deserve our money ? For anything ?

Im not talking about rewarding people for not doing their job, I’m talking about rooting for us to beat SMU and go to a bowl, which is what this conversation was about.

I understand that , but if beating them is going to make Monty our coach longer , then it would be bad for the program . If he is going to be the coach anyway, who cares ? We will be a bad program anyway

Here’s a question - if you’re up by 4 touchdowns going into the 4th quarter, do you give Braxton some playing time?

Yeah, I'd like to see him run the offense instead of just be used for the one gimmick play. He hasn't been allowed to pass yet.

If we score here and they don’t then Monty is not developing his players. This is one of the things that always irked me about Monty and QBs.

Most coaches on close calls hurry to the line and get a play in before a review.
