They are too slow too screen on offense and too slow to keep up with our cutters on defense. Refs better keep it clean and not let them grab and hold or moving screens.

You shouldn't have to teach effort, but our guys tend to just go through the motions at times. I was never the most talented player in any sport, but you can bet I at least tried to outwork the other team's players to make up for it.
