Late on this, but Tyree and the crowd whining after that clear foul on KJ was ridiculous. UT-esque

The recipe to beat KY is spread us out and drive. We make no adjustments ever. We rely on speed and athleticism over schemes.
Every guy we have seems a step slower than the guy he’s defending off the dribble.

Hagans throws so many careless passes, that crosscourt pass should have been a breakaway dunk for OM.

It's like he doesn't realize he turns the ball over too much.

When we bring the energy we play like the best team in the country. I guess it’s being a young team that we don’t start games with high energy.

Tyree thinks just because you fall on the floor after a shot attempt it should be a foul. Very Grant Williams esque

That is actually what I would call the way to lose to UK. Now drive and and shoot 3's ( from the drive ) and have athletic bigs to get rebounds is the formula to beat us. But unless you are shooting 3's off the drive UK will beat u . LSU , Seton Hall and Bama used this formula. Ole miss is missing the bigs part but they do have great guards.

I’ve noticed that the last two games (maybe longer just haven’t noticed) we’re playing more pack line defense. Think it’s contributing to some of our defensive problems too. The off ball guys are sagging way back. It’s given UT and Ole Miss a ton of good looks from outside on ball swings too. Instead of our usual tough man to man and guarding the 3 point line we’re playing in off the ball more. No clue why he’s doin that when we had one of the best defensive 3 point teams in the country to playing a more pack line style this late in the year but that’s just what I’ve noticed.

These refs are calling more fouls on Kentucky than their granddads did at calling threats on minorities during the Oxford-based Jim Crown Era.

KJ needs to use his mid-range and attack the basket over and over until they stop it and then make them honest with the 3

Just glad we settled in and cut the turnovers. Looking comfortable and aggressive when we have the ball.
