I don't like seeing it and it sucks to say it, but Nick Richards has regressed. He's basically just flopping around like a fish out of water.

We need better ball movement. Too much holding the ball.

PJ and EJ trying to be a do-everything player hurts the O in my very limited opinion. Guards have to work so much harder to get shots when 4 to 5 players are running around outside the lane most of the time.

You have to run hard on offensive sets. We go the same speed in game action that I'm sure they do in practice. About 3/4 speed. That won't get you open. The only guy who goes full speed appears to be KJ.

Love that Cals pressing. Work on it now and it could be really effective in March. That's what these games are about. I'd rather lose now doing something different and aggressive than doing the same passive things we've done the past few years. It will pay dividends in March.
