Actually they aren’t that bad. Cal is bad, period. He had absolutely no game plan. He allowed Duke to play straight at their strengths. It was almost like he was a scrub coach for a Duke simulation practice. Just allowing the varsity to practice for an upcoming game.

This team can be good, they’ve got pieces to make a run. But not like this, not until Cal stops being so liberal with his philosophy and does what all great coaches do. Tightens the belt and coaches, all game. Scout, have players prepared.

He’s getting clobbered by Duke and will allow Kansas to win their 5th straight (?).......

Love Cal and think he’s going to eventually win another but he’s not going to be able to recruit against K at all until he retires therefore he better give up the dream and just do what it takes. He doesn’t get a preference anymore. Liberal jolly go lucky with no court discipline should see its last day.
