Yes, Duke won in 2015 with a great freshman class but they had very solid upperclassmen in Cook (now on GS, Jefferson, Plumlee, and Matt Jones). Duke has only freshman this year. A program that has 5 titles, 2 very recent, is not a program that fits the description that was given. Programs with 5 titles and 15 final hours can't be described as teams that are great in November, but suck in March.
Your a moron if you even attempt to debate that.

Toughness doesn't win BB games. Shooting the damn ball in the hoop wins BB games. The Cats need to run some semblance of offensive sets that results in open looks.

He ain't the only one who isn't playing well. Outside of Reid Travis and Johnson none are playing up to their ability. Hero is the best passer we have on the floor. Not seeing a whole lot of screens being set for him. Just remember this is the first real game for all our freshmen. We will get better tonight just isn't our night!

It is ridiculous that with all of our guards, Duke is able to still drive on us so easily. Especially with a freaking 280+ pound power forward that is playing like he is a small forward. We either are the least athletic team I have ever seen or most of our players lack the willingness to want to play good defense.

I'm starting to question how our teams are being put together. We either get athletes who can't shoot, shooters who struggle shooting and can't defend, or guard heavy teams with no inside game. Time to stop going after best available players and trying to turn them into a team. Just recruit the players that fit a good system and continue to do so each year instead of rebuilding teams every year and trying to find an identity.

Man this is a train wreck. Duke is either absolutely amazing, or we are just asleep and not ready. Looks much like the first, unfortunately.

I think he will but K owns him and it’s not close. It’s his own fault. When he retires.

Terrible game plan. Played right into Dukes hands. Track meet with f’n Keldpn Kohnson and Pj shooting threes. Hahahahahaha

Unbelievably bad coaching. One of the worst performances of his career. I hope he’s embarrassed.

And for everyone wondering why I’ve said top 5 players are so critical to our rosters with high turnover.

There ya go. Is it Easy to understand now that there’s typicaly a big difference in a top 5 player and a top 15 player?

For us to win we needed to go inside out. Hit some kick out threes and get dukes big's in foul trouble. Take advantage in the paint. We have done absolutely none of it.

Better pray and Hope we Land Wiseman McDaniels Carey at least 2 of those. Cal's system just doesn't work that well if you do not have couple of the top kids in Class.
