I do and don’t feel guilty about that game. We gutted it oUt and then went brain dead. Ugh.

This team is a second round and done this year. And I'm ok with that. If all the guys would stick around and learn the game and how hard you have to work to be good at this level. No one and I mean no one on this team will play meaningful minutes at the NBA level next year. But let's hope they can stay and grow. We could be a tough out next year with the additions and everybody back.

Remember, we were down 4 guys tonight, one of them a PG, one a big that could have slowed Davis down and another guy that, at the 4 spot, can be dominant.
Alexander had to play 40 minutes and aTm was at close to full strength, and they are a top 5 team at full strength.
So we really shouldn't judge this performance too harshly.

No, but he sure as hell can yell at his players to call one. Our players have to have better awareness, though. They sorely lack in that department at this point in the season.

We were short handed and played badly, but won anyway against a desperate and experienced team. I’m knocking on wood and sleeping like a log tonight.

We just played a team that shredded West Virginia by a gazillion points and we were down 4 guys, one of them a PG. We are definitely not getting worse. Perspective my man, perspective.

I don’t think coaches can call timeout anymore

All Cal had to do was call a timeout when they trapped us in the corner and he could have saved himself a lot of distress.

West Virginia had a 10 point lead on a&m early, but lost badly. West Virginia is a 1 trick pony, if you can beat their pressure, you win. But beating their pressure is really hard.
I think a&m is just rusty, they have been without those 3 guys for a while. They JUST got back.

Great job by Diallo leaving his man to go chase a guy under the rim , with a three point lead in the last 20 seconds .. Maybe I need to taper my expectations , we couldn't defend the three with 0.8 seconds left a few weeks ago , why would I think we could do it for more than 10 seconds ??

I thought this team's strength would be defense and struggle on offense, but so far I have not seen it, they seem to want to watch instead of play, reach in way too much, play with their arms down.
