If I told you before the year we would go 29-5 and not get a #1 seed you guys would thought I was crazy. Problem with the way the system works is a team like NC and Duke can lose a couple bad losses but the big wins they get over ride them and count for more. If we had beat Kansas, UCLA and Louisville while losing to Vanderbilt, Georgia and Texas A&M in the regular season then win the SEC tournament we would been #1 seed.

I agree. Just one more win, and one less loss, from the group of UCLA, UL and Kansas and there wouldn't be a discussion.

I assumed we would be a 2 no matter what today with games on Sunday they are not going to push us up to a #1 seed and wait for our result. It really sucks having our tournament on Sunday.

What this tournament did though was keep us a 2 seed today wasn't going to matter most likely a loss and would still been a 2 seed but had we lost to Georgia or Alabama they might have kicked us back to a 3.
