Good to see Willis keep shooting . His shot is too nice to continue to miss. But he can't begin to guard a beast like Peters.

No. People need to quit thinking he's some all star, the people in front of him are so for a reason. They are All around better. That doesn't mean he can't get in and do some things. But he's not a great passer, defender, putting the ball on the floor, taking his man off the dribble, etc. Most importantly defense...what did UCLA do....they hung points. So what do you think would have been more important on the floor...a defender to attempt to stop them from scoring or a spot shooter who can't create his own shot?

Or here's a thought...Cal wants more from him, therefore he's got to earn it instead of being given playing time like you all want. Basketball isn't a one dimensional shooting contest.

We keep leaving shooters wide open. That will kill us in tight games against good teams.

Glad Mulder got that last defensive rebound but he made the mistake Cal hates when he sucked all the way down to the paint, leaving his man open for the three. He might get yelled at after Cal watches game tape tonight

Mulder and SKJ already contributing. Say whatever you want, but I would have liked to see them both get at least 5 or 10 minutes vs. UCLA.

SKJ got a nice tough layup but had two blown defensive assignments and missed a rebound assignment
