I refuse to get excited by next years class until I see them play.

Cal missed BIG TIME on players this year. He's been signing athletes and not basketball players, particularly front line guys.

The object of the game is to put the ball in the basket, and we just don't have any bigs who are capable of doing that, but they sure are great athletes!!

HUGE loss, catastrophic.

Hard to believe we were up 23 and now down 6. What a crazy a few days nearly win at Kansas now this. College basketball is crazy this year.
Love Cal but gotta say I never feel a lead is too being for his teams. They can crap them away like no other.

Also, unfortunately there are not many "quality" wins on our schedule for us to get. A&M, who else? What other game is really going to turn heads to the selection committee?

My apologies. I don't regret saying I will still cheer for them through the hard times. You have to understand that. There is NBA talent on the team, even despite the loss. Back to the drawing board.

What kills me is we make the same mistakes every game.
Every time we extend our defense to pressure the ball the wheels fall off. Murray watching the ball and loses his defender. This was Kansas all over again.

These guys just don't have the heart to consistently fight through adversity. We have a significant lack of talent in the low post. Our senior leader is completely unreliable...

Ughhhhh... just too many serious issues, I'm afraid.

I felt okay after the Kansas game. I felt like we played hard and in a rough environment we did well. Now, I am rock bottom after this loss. Everything I felt good about is now gone.

Sick of this conference.

Continually held down and get zero "homecooking" in football, while being the only draw for them in basketball yet routinely get cooked in "Superbowl" road atmospheres.

Sports just isn't my thing this year. I'll keep watching because I love them and I'm a glutton for punishment, but damn if next season fails to make up for any of my loser teams then I'll just move on, do something more productive, and let our rivals have it. Just give it to 'em and crown that *** as the great Denny Green would say.

What is embarrassing is that UT has no one over 6'5" playing for them and yet they destroyed us on the inside. Armani Moore did whatever he wanted and had a double double. We can't even get reasonable output from our freakishly tall post players while UT's guards playing post make us look retarded.

Win or lose, I've been saying for some time that we should jump ship and leave the SEC for greener pastures. F the SEC and F the POS league office. I hate the SEC with a searing passion after the way Towns was allowed to be beaten to death by scrub teams last year.

If we left, the conference would wither and die as a basketball league...just like the pieces of crap deserve.

That's a real shame. Because we will ALWAYS be a doormat in football in the SEC. Even if we manage an occasional bowl during great years.

Alex is the most disappointing player in my time watching Kentucky.

They tied the game. He traveled next play.

They go up one. He lost it out of bounds.

He gets a rebound. Blows a layup. Then fouls out,

Our senior. Smh.
Yet he actually played well but couldn't stay on the court. As bad as the defense was, it got worse as soon as he went to the bench.
