Somewhere along the way, during camp Cal, they totally forgot about the defense they were playing. They're going to have to get that defensive mojo back, quick. We can do it, but it sure is frustrating seeing how this game has played out so far.

Pick it up Cats, go big blue !

Even if they do, that doesn't negate what's been going on. Lack of drive, lack of effort, no toughness from the bigs, no defense. That's every troubling.

One thing I have notice in the struggles lately is that the refs are letting the teams play at the rim. We have struggled (and everyone will) to utilize our size because it is hard to finish inside. With our length Cal has taught our kids to try and defend without fouling and just block the shot. When you can get by with contact you don't have to have the length to be effective.

Maybe so. But, historically great teams don't do that. I don't like it.

I an going to say this and it will be the first time. Maybe Cal could stop touring the NBA games and focus on this team.

Towns picks up his offensive foul while trying to post up that he gets every game. Now all he needs is his normal goaltend.

Brutal inside right now. Towns getting shoved in the back from the block to the foul line on the possession before they got him for a foul.

We'd be a lot better if our big men could shoot a 6 foot jump shot. Stein is a terrible shot and Dakari can't get off the floor.
