To me, this is going to come down to NU's shooting (duh), and which MSU team shows up -- the Spartans that lost three in a row, including to Wisconsin and Nebraska, or the team that beat Maryland this weekend.

Northwestern has zero points and rebounds at the first media timeout, while MSU has three offensive boards already. 7-0 Spartans

Looks like Demps is a little to tired to go after a loose ball right at his feet. CC not happy. If Taphorn can't hit the he should sit.

No point in watching if we brick 4 out of every 5 shots. Minnesota was the last game we looked good offensively -- this would be 5 clunkers in a row, right? That, sadly, is called a trend.

Valentine just hit an amazing 3 point shot several feet behind the line. The Spartans are killing us with their 3 point shooting in this game.

6-1/2 minutes w/o a field goal. 10 straight missed shots. Now down by 20. Pretty bad. Switching to the Oregon-Arizona game.
