Official duke v Clemson game thread

So I had lunch with an Associate AD at Duke two weeks ago. Talked PSU the whole time of course (we both graduated and worked at Penn State). Near the end, I said hey Duke football got some wins last year. He replied, things are going well, We got Clemson coming in. I sort of shrugged and he said 'we'll play well.' He was confident.

Well smack me on the butt and call me Sally if he wasn't damn right. Granted, Clemson collapsed but hey give Duke credit for taking advantage.

BTW, NIL is like a stipend at Duke for extraneous expenses.

Nope but I have a problem with Dabo using God as a recruiting tool. He does baptisms on the football field. Leave religion in the church or wherever you choose to worship and just play the game. Don’t make it part of your recruiting pitch.

Fortunately for anyone who doesn’t want to be a part of that, then they have the freedom to go play somewhere else, spend their money on a different school/program, or cheer for somebody else. If his religion has become a part of his program, good for him. He’s not forcing others to hold his beliefs.

Luv when holes lose to any of in state teams in football, especially when they lose to NC State.
