The frustrating thing is that this was supposed to be Campbell’s strength: player development. I’m still in the “give him time” camp, but that doesn’t make the lack of visible improvement less frustrating. It has to be embarrassing for the coaches too. Are they teaching them anything at all?
lol I doDo you think that’s why I’m not paid millions to coach?
The best player development coaches in football aren't turning non-Big 10 caliber talent into Big 10 caliber talent in 7 games or 17 games or 37 games. I am frustrated in CMC's in-game coaching though. I thought that is one area where we would see improvement and we haven't so far.The frustrating thing is that this was supposed to be Campbell’s strength: player development. I wasn't going to happen in year 1 with limited time to build a rosterI think people are feeling this way because the powers that be promised changes to put us on the level with the top in our conference and to be in the top tier for the playoffs. I expected 9-3 this year to be honest.
people expected big things because the powers that be touted that regarding coaching changes. Many people still are learning the NIL and portal contributions too.I wasn't going to happen in year 1 with limited time to build a roster
The "power that be" get a ton of blame but our fans also need to stop with the nonsense
If we lose then flip out but we've been okay thus far--way better offensively than anyone should have expected without our best player
That's fair--and if we lose I won't complain about anyone flipping outpeople expected big things because the powers that be touted that regarding coaching changes. Many people still are learning the NIL and portal contributions too.
You do realize that the reason our pass defense numbers is that our opponents don't need to pass because they can run at will.So far one of the best pass defenses in the B10 is getting torched. They better get it together or this is going to be a track meet game with whoever has the ball last wins.
Return of the Keystone Cops.
They are consistent though! This team is painful to watch.
