I’m not sure college football has seen such a garbage offense(at the college level).
The last time I can remember would probably be against OU in 97 maybe?
No clue going by memory. That last really high scoring games I can remember would be a game against Kansas State in the mid 2000's or so and some game Pelini had against Idaho State but I don't recall the scores on those games.

HCSF has a very interesting RPO game AND they will leave multiple Defenders unblocked- because the defense has to account for the QB- RB and receivers on many of those RPO designed plays or options
If the QB isnt a legit credible run threat= a player who can chunk play a run- his offense isnt nearly as effective. He needs a true dual threat QB- one that can make great split second decisions, run and pass well.
