Why would spacecraft that have the technology to travel across such vast distances of space (and perhaps time) be crashing so often on Planet Earth?

Maybe they’re unaccustomed to flying in our atmosphere and the machines aren’t designed for it? Moisture issues, turbulence, mechanical/electrical failure due to atmospheric energy strain on the machine, thunderstorms, etc.

Or maybe it’s all ********. I tend to think it’s not, personally. I think it would be boring as hell to be the only living things in the entire universe, and I find it mathematically improbable. My favorite line: “it’d be a huge waste of space”.

We dont know how often it is really. If they made 10 flights here and crashed 5 times that is a lot. If they made 10 million and crashed 5 tines it is not.

There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that there are other sentient life forms in this vast universe. If the universe is endless (and if it's not endless, what is beyond the end boundary?), then there must be billions of planets with life. Some are much more advanced than us, some are more primitive, some are warmongers who would conquer us, some are benevolent and would help us advance ourselves, etc.

But a civilization smart enough to design, build and fly spacecraft that can travel between galaxies and likely at least warp time for travel purposes, is not likely to be done in by Earth weather. Eh, someday we'll find out.

Probably the Covid-19 virus did them in, like in War of the Worlds.

Fair enough, I was just speculating, I have no idea. I like to think they’re real and that they’re here.

Because they are demonic and intended to deceive the world. Satan is also interestingly called the "The Prince of the Power of the Air." Don't believe the aliens who come to earth telling you they created us.
