If we wanna start being competitive we need to start paying the big boys to come down. Take a look at all the big programs and what they are paying there OC/DC. 1 million plus. This is what I want to see happen. Keep Frost but give up play calling and start hiring the big boys.

All our coaches for the last 20 years is hire buddies that they our comfortable with. Hire a football staff and will be competitive again. There is talent here but they are all over the board
