Yes, he was number 17. Seems like maybe linebacker John Miller was number 17 as well. Not totally sure on that one.

And I'm also not sure how the hell I remembered Threadgill's number. Also remember he had decent left handed slingin' skills I think.

Pretty sure John miller was in the 6-3 game. Met him about 10 years ago when he called on our company one morning. He was working for some trucking company around Memphis. He hung out in my office for about an hour and talked football with me. Nice guy. Yes Threadgill could throw it 100 miles an hour but he always threw it hard and tended to not put a little touch on the ball on real short passes. Overall a good tough player.

Yep, I just remembered the playback seeing Miller pissed off after a successful Bamer play during their final drive. I'm thinking he's wearing 17 and saying it too in that clip. Bet there were lots of no calls in that drive
