I said some, and that is true. There are people here who gamble and rely on the high recruiting classes. Just like there are people here who are primarily into the NBA and they treat college players like MLB fans treat minor league players. Now you know this isn’t true at all.
“Where does this put us in preseason rankings? Do we crack the Top 10?”I said some, and that is true. There are people here who gamble and rely on the high recruiting classes. You’re obviously seeing something I don't see.I said some, and that is true. There are people here who gamble and rely on the high recruiting classes. Just like there are people here who are primarily into the NBA and they treat college players like MLB fans treat minor league players.
That is true, it’s all about how good a team comes together off the court as well. A team like Florida has a huge leg up there.I agree, a 1-3 seed and elite 8 should be the floor for this roster. Anything less would be underperforming. We have a top 5 starting lineup and top 5 bench IMO, the only downside is there are 6 or so other stacked rosters whereas in a typical year there isn’t. Several teams with loaded teams this year, I think the odds of a team outside of the top 10 winning it all this year is slim to none with the talent jump from those teams to all the rest.
a good read. This man has what it takes in all aspects to make us proud.Nice writeup

Why Mark Mitchell chose Kentucky: Inside the All-SEC star's decision to join the Wildcats
Mark Mitchell's goals in Lexington? "Whatever it is that is necessary to contribute to Kentucky basketball coming across that finish line at the Final Four and in the championship."www.on3.com
Again Mitchell must win a final verdict and or get protection that covers the entire year first. It could be a battle all year for him to play. All we can do is hope it works out.Major difference in this team and other teams like Duke is the age and experience . Size is also a major plus with starting line up of 6'6, 6'6, 6'8, 6'9, and 7,0. That has to be the tallest starting five in the country including Florida. Pope now has 15 fouls at the center position with Kepnang to help control Chinilu. Mitchell and Mom can handle Condon and Hough and Ousmane and McBride add more options off the bench. Our guards combined for almost 40 points per game last year . Also now we have several options when we must have a basket late in the game and multiple players who can create their own shot. I think Mitchell is likely the leading scorer but no one would be surprised if it was Wilkins or Momcilovic. And then there are the players with potential including Cam and Hawthorne . Exciting season on the Horizon!
Interesting. I thought he had approved to transfer by judicial order? The NCAA will have a difficult time undoing this in my opinion. I guess anything is possible, but I just read that most courts are siding with the student athletes in these matters.Again Mitchell must win a final verdict and or get protection that covers the entire year first. It’s a temporary injunction, a higher court can overturn it just like Colorado which is a decision they just won. Most of them they lose but it could be a battle. The issue of this class being harmed is a legit argument since the NCAA approved it going forward and this is the only class it won’t apply to.Interesting. Jesus fkn christ man,, i had a seizure trying to read that sh.t..I never thought I would see the day that Kentucky would take a former Duke player that show you how they have far they fallen from being a blue blood
We better be able to rebound if I’m not mistaken we may have the tallest starting 5.So we can’t use the roster or players as an excuse now.
I still see rebounding and defense as a weakness, and though to me those are fatal flaws in terms of national championship hopes, this should still be a top 10 team. Double digit losses again and anything but a top 3 sec finish would be failure.
Is that fair?
