haha...just as I was typing, anyone surprised they are going after Harzog, he makes a m'fing play.

Meh, they had trouble stopping Cincy’s run and no huddle. The secondary is better and the pass rush was disruptive.
I didn’t like the play calling. But we won a game where we got kicked in the nuts. That’s actually a tremendous victory on top of our victory
Wowza - damn we caught a lot of breaks. The crowd did work. We converted a lot of 3rd downs. No TO’s. What a win - I will take it!!!!
Ugly Win trumps a good loss every time. 1 - 0 with a lot to work on the next couple of weeks before Michigan.
Cinci had the matchup they wanted and went for the win. Their QB has been trying to take advantage of Hartzog all night. We finally made a play. We had ZERO pass rush tonight. None. Hopefully Cinci’s O line is better than some of us thought. Their QB is good.
that’s an improvement in the program! And got us the win tonight! Spent a decade failing in games like this, not getting breaks and having turnovers.
This game was far closer than I thought it would be. Is Cincinnati better than I thought or are we just not really any better than previous years? Time will tell. In that sense I don't think this game tells us very much. Although it does show that we had enough grit to win a close game that went down to the wire.

Bad move for them to take a shot. We all KNEW we were about to lose if they just kept doing what they were doing. Glad they didn’t… not clean it up over these next 2 easier games so we can be better for conference play.

Anybody know the status of Ive’s hammy? Cincy’s D was a taste of what NU will see in the B1G and they could obviously use his thump. Lot of reps for EJ in this game.
