Why did we not just come out in a zone, pack it in, stay out of foul trouble in the first half and force them to shoot 3's? I swear some coaches are so stubborn

Matt Painter could suit up for us and we’d instantly be a better rebounding team.

I would have been perfectly content had this thread not reminded me that NU hoops had a game tonight. Now I can’t shake the nagging thought of just how awful this team and this program has become.

4 straight possessions of 1 or 0 passes on the offensive end. Cut the lead to 14 and got some stops and then come down and do that 4 straight times! That’s awful

I remember when I played in HS. We were HORRIBLE and couldn't run any semblance of an offense. One-on-one and just hoist up a shot. No patience. No cooperation.

Watching the Huskers gives me flashbacks.

In my fantasy we get the two McGowans, Walker and Wilcher back next year along with a real PG and two bigs. Won’t happen.

No way Bryce is coming back. If he doesn't go pro, he'll transfer to a much better program for a year to improve his draft stock.

Need to get rid of Mayen, Tominaga, and Andre. They are mid-major players at best.

I’d take Andre back as a bench big but otherwise yep.

Every year Purdue has multiple players who are over 7’ tall. We can’t get a one to come here.

If it makes you guys feel better, I lost a lot betting on unders and Nebraska tonight. Was trying to continue taking Nebraska to cover like the last two games. Oops.

I thought about taking Purdue to cover, was too obvious Vegas was baiting.

They're a fade on the road against good teams. Probably a bet on at home with a decent amount of points.
