Harris and Thor need big boy minutes. Why not. Harris looked like maybe he was “supposed” to pass to Palmer then took a nice lane to the bucket. More of that please!

I really love what Thor brings to the game... but that shot. Oy.

Getting run out of the gym currently.

Why PSU decided to build an arena that freaking big...for a team that has never been all that good...in a area that is so hard to get to...is beyond.

They should have went with about 7,000 tops, small, intimate, fun, loud.

NU is by far the worst team in the B1G at this point. I get that we aren't a basketball blue-blood, but this is beyond embarrassing. Miles is such a scrub.

Lol it’s obvious sometimes when Thor sets up a guy like Roby that time underneath, Roby was just so use to preparing for the rebound rather than a catch and dunk that he dropped the ball. Thor knows what Pro basketball is and this is very far from it

I started hearing Miles talking about "getting downhill" on offense about 3 games ago. So now, the offense is Palmer and Watson driving out of control and throwing up playground garbage. I can't decide if I like that better than standing around 10 feet past the three line and shooting a desperation heave at the buzzer. Tough choice.

It is unforgivable that we have to play Heiman because Borchardt is in foul trouble. Inexcusable. Because of Miles' incompetence that kid is wasting a year of eligibility and getting embarrassed at the same time. I feel bad for him.

I think you are better off playing guys when you can, redshirting is for dinosaurs and dudes that are hurt. If you are recruiting kids that need to be redshirted...you recruited the wrong kid.

Total embarrassment to a team that has 9 total wins on the season. You would think they had to have gone in to the game feeling pretty good too.

Watson dribbles in gets a 2 on 1 with the center and has Heiman crashing in for a dunk. Watson instead tries to finish over the center...it’s like the seniors on this team discriminate/don’t trust the young guys to do ANYTHING. Great culture. Lowest passing iq team in all of basketball. Miles is toast

You forgot how unlucky we are at shooting and how lucky the other team is. Just like almost every other game in the last 7 years. It's just an unprecedented string of anomalies that in no way points to a systemic issue. Things are bound to change any minute.

You might be right, but he obviously has no business on the floor.

Has Watson improved from day 1 as a freshman??
Watson was a really nicely ranked recruit but the knock, if there was one, was the fact that by the time he was a senior in HS he was already at the top of what his game was going to be and that is not a bad thing, he is for the most part a really decent PG. But he isn't a freak athlete, he isn't a fancy passer, he is slow and steady.

Plays out of control a lot of times as well. He’s absolutely GREAT at two things tho...

1. Taking a contested 3 two seconds into the shot clock.

2. Dribbling the length of the court out of control and turning it over, either with a bad pass or a wild shot.

Man, does Borch really need to be out there at all? It's like we're playing 4 on 5 when he's on the court. I can't figure out what he does besides eat fouls. No points, no boards, no defense.

After Palmer's last shot my wife looks up from checking out makeup tutorials on facebook and mutters "brick". Even she knows.

Hahaha! Yeah, he is pretty solid at those two as well!

I think what I am trying to say is that most coaches knew what they were getting with him 5 years ago. You know?
