Two thoughts so far...

1. Love the jerseys

2. Pretty clear from the last game, and the first 10 min of this half, we go as Watson goes. Not saying he’s our best player, but he has to play well for us to win.

Harris had a good first half, then returned to the side of the milk carton. Even Thor did some good things, then sits.

Given that this looks like a first-team-to-50-wins game, I’m lighting the victory cigar!

I don't think we've subbed the entire half. For some reason, Miles hates playing his bench in the 2nd half of games.

Too bad those throwback jerseys don’t say “Indiana” - we’d be right back in the tourney field!

Especially Palmer.
The whole team goes flat when he stands there dribbling the ball. IF he would keep the ball moving when we reverse it we might have a chance of somebody getting an open look in the paint.

We didn't need to. The pace of play was fairly slow and our guys weren't gassed. Keep your best 5 on the floor if you can.

Doesn’t matter every thing he throws up on a drive never sticks, you would think once in a while the ball would go threw the Nylon.

Anybody want to discuss whether or not Roby has NBA tools after this game? What a man child. Inside, outside, defense, steals, blocked shots, fast break takes. All the tools were on display tonight. 19 pts, 16 rebounds and 5 blocked shots. I haven't seen how many steals and assists he had but he had some of each.

I think he does. Hope he sees that a good senior year would help his draft stock though

I already said he has all kinds of NBA tools, and I like his chances to play in the league. The argument was whether his shooting and ball-handling are NBA-level, and at this point they are not. Another year could change that.

Hope Roby sticks around next year.

I guess it depends who his new coach will be

I did see Husker beat writers already writing fluff pieces for Miles after the Minnesota win. Claiming a #1 recruiting ranking for the 2020 Class. Which is funny when you see any of the top 100 or so kids have not committed and teams like Duke, Kentucky, and Kansas don’t have commits yet. Can’t wait to see how someone writes how we need to keep Miles in hopes to keep Roby next year.

So... If we beat Penn St., that would ensure at very least a .500 record, which would probably qualify us for the NIT. Not sure that's the news we want to hear. Would that be enough for Miles to keep his job??

If he wants to make the NBA he can’t pass up all the wide open shots he makes from the Perimeter.
