The Thorson should have stayed in the pocket. Either that or the blocker should know that he is rolling out.

I've been impressed by the announcers, they are better at faking it than some of the backup ESPN crews

Also, Garret Dickerson needs to use his size better, JJ makes breaking tackles so easy

I doubt that game speed and practice speed are the same.

Don't think that when they practice/scrimmage that they play 90% speed.

Kafka improved while sitting behind Bacher and taking 2nd string snaps and then 1st string during the Spring/Summer before his SR year.

Also, it's not like there is that much time in the game - esp. as much as the O has managed to stay on.

The 3rd and longs aren't helping Thorson and neither is the bad field position (due to Duke's kicking game) helping the O.

Just need our O to get a rhythm

Until we show we can convert on some mid to long range passing, we will be dead in the water. They will stack up on our run game and we will gradually lose the field position battle. Can't win if we can't score, even if the D shuts out the rest of the game.

Why are we handing off on every first down? At least we are going up the middle for 1-2 yards there rather than sideways and backward.
