Similar to our sellout streak, I don't see UM or USC ever giving up their lead.

1) Michigan - 80
1) USC - 80
3) MSU - 78
4) UF - 67
5) NU - 56

In that case, I can't believe the '95 team didn't beat them worse in Lincoln. TO must have called off the dogs for NU to only win 37-0. Next two years combined: 142-28 good guys. Smokin

Sorry, 1995 Draft would have been a better reflection of the '94 OU team. That was a 13-3 NU win in Norman. The '87 Sooners were a handful. "Game of the Century II" was a painful loss as they just wore us out in the 2nd half 17-7. In '88 we returned the favor 7-3 in Norman. Man I miss the days when we had a true rival on the national stage.

Hey just want to slide this in. Dallas Cowboys first pick in this year's draft was Leighton Vander Esh. A former walk-on LB for Boise State. He is from the big town of Riggins, Idaho. That is like a walk-on out of Ansley, Nebraska getting drafted in the first round. Riggins is a dumpy, run-down, teeny, wide spot in the middle of BEAUTIFUL nowhere. The Salmon River runs through town. Elk, deer, bear, turkeys, mountain grouse (ruffed and blues) and the best chukar hunting I have ever experienced. Twenty-five years ago I dated a woman who grew-up there and her parents were still living in Riggins while we were dating.. I was living in Seattle then and I loved getting out of town and going to Riggins. Good trout, salmon and small-mouth bass fishing, too.

For some reason I thought of the fabulous sellout streak when I saw the thread topic. This is what twenty years of being nobodies yields, I suppose.
