UF is damn good and will be a top 25 team forever . So not sure what you mean . Uf will just get better as they have a hellevua coach IMO. I do think the USC vs UK will get bigger as the coach builds that program but make no mistake UF is the main enemy in conference and IMO the main one out of UL since we don't play IU anymore. Duke and UNC as well obviously.
UF will not be what they once were. It's never happened. No SEC team not named UK has ever sustained anything other than mediocrity. Nothing I saw today out of Florida is any different.
Florida will slowly go back to something slightly above what they've been , think Arkansas . Billy made Florida and he's gone , just watch as they stop getting top players over the next few years .
Many SEC team have a few good years (Arkansas in the mid 90s, Florida in mid 2000s, ect) and then go away. UK rules aleways. Other teams must hate us
Wondered this today too. They won't be what they were under Billy the Kid, which I kind of enjoyed having a challenge mid/late season the last several years. I'd like to see GA or SC become a contender for a change.

Guess that's the effect of having nothing to do during basketball season but come over to talk smack about the Gators and Tenn. Awesome! Your program has been relevant for 10years! Doubt that continues. Must suck to be really good at so much, but the best at nothing. But I guess you can always hang your hat on the fact that for a ten year period you had one more title than a team who has a winning record on your home court and more conference titles than all other teams combined in that same sport. That is something to be proud of. But, I still like being us. I like being relevant for longer than most have been alive. But ten years is nice too.
