Logan WV......2.5 ft of snow on the ground. My parents lived across the street from the Logan town reservoir and when my mom was ready to deliver noone could get up the hill and noone could get down so my father, grandfather, and Devil Anse Hatfields great grandson( who was my dad's best friend in high school) strapped mom to a sled that my dad has used as a child and pulled her to the bottom of Reservoir hill where a police paddy wagon picked her up and took her to Logan General where an hour later Snow Sled Baby made his earthly debut...and the world instantly became a better place[banana][banana][banana]šŸ»

Just read that 323 people died as a result of that storm that hit the Northeast and the Appalachians. Called "Storm of the Century". Winds got up to 100 mph and brought sub-zero temps

Happy Birthday Paw Paw Sled. No offense, but Logan is a **** hole. It might be worse than Welch, which gets ridiculed much more often.
